### SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing Fotool LLC. We are committed to delivering our precision-engineered fiber arts tools and equipment to our global community of artists and professionals with the utmost efficiency and care. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

#### 1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email.

#### 2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We partner with premium global carriers (including FedEx, DHL, and UPS) to ensure safe, swift, and trackable transit for all high-value equipment.

* **Standard Shipping (North America):** 7–12 business days
* **Expedited Shipping (North America):** 3–5 business days
* **International Shipping:** 10–15 business days (subject to customs clearance)

*Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier backlogs or regional customs inspections. For wholesale orders or specialized custom manufacturing components, timelines remain consistent with the specific agreements provided in your commercial invoice.*

#### 3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor your instrument's journey.

#### 4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Fotool LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, etc.).

#### 5. Damages & Loss Prevention
Fotool LLC takes extraordinary care in packaging our precision tools, utilizing custom shock-absorbing inserts to protect high-carbon steel tines and solid hardwood components. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Please email us at support@fotool.com with your order number, clear descriptions, and high-resolution photographs of both the damaged packaging and the product. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

#### 6. Address Verification & Re-routing
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is completely accurate. We cannot re-route shipments once they have left our fulfillment facilities. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the secondary shipping and handling costs.
